What’s the best way to uninstall all of my mods and return Skyrim to it’s vanilla state?. I’m looking for a good, reliable way to remove all of my mods from Skyrim

So since this day if i try to uninstall one of this mods, ,nmm doesn’t really uninstall them, the files stay there and if there is an esp in the mod NMM just disable the esp but the rest of the files are still there.. The structure of the folders of this mods are ablsolutly fines as it’s my skyrim game folder is compltetly fine, so NMM should have absolutly no trouble to uninstall them, so i don’t understand why it can’t properly uninstall them.
