edit: “C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow” is also a place it could be. how do i know which they are cause theyre are files in it that arent named the same as the games could it be just sort by date
also some games doesn’t name the folder after the game but after the developer or engine. From what I can tell, a decent number of the folders will be named after the username of the creator of the game it corresponds to.

The reason it broke was under the “AppData/Roaming/RenPy/ProjectName” folder. If there was a simple button to delete this folder, that would add another way to fix things like this since it’s not that obvious.
