There is some blood and you can kill innocent people but there a consequences for you actions in this game. There’s some swearing and drug references but there’s not much sexual content at all
I still think it should be for teens since the messages are quite dark such as greed and corruption. CSM got it wrong, it definitely not 18+ but recommended for teens 14+
