11 how to restore stats runescape Advanced Guide

Are there any ways beside the potions or the normal spellbook rapid renewal?. I tried looking for it, but restoring stats or stat restore only turns up the potions or resetting stats to lvl 1

The reason is I want to pick zammy potions, and the stats getting lowered has to have an answer besides pots so i can avoid wasting pots. im fletching arrows and dismantling while doing it, I have to bank anyway so if there’s some way I can restore stats fast, that would be swell
